Are USB mice and paddles supported in PCUAE?
And if so, is is possible to buy a USB paddle?
For games like Arkanoid and Operation Wolf. Or for racing games.
Because a joystick just doesn't cut it for such games.

Do they even make USB paddies? Last time I looked they only sold expensive spinners. But you've got options. Do a search for ICode on here to read about using Atari paddles and joysticks with USB devices. There's also the option of modding a Atari paddle with easily putting an optical mouse inside it and marking the old Pot with a line so the mouse can see it move. It's rather easy to do. Look on YouTube for that info. Then you just plug the mouse USB in and away you go.
But, far as on the mini and Maxi, there are issues to work out. Read up on the ICode threads.
Far as using an actual mouse, again read up on that. The way I understand it you can't unless you boot into another version of Vice through project carousel.

You can use a USB mouse with VICE Mode, it works on the C128 and GEOS, I think you will need a DB92USB adapter that supports Mouse and Paddles then it should work in VICE, if you go into its menu and pick paddles to use them.
You open the VICE Menu pressing Menu on THEC64 Joystick and go to Machine settings > Joystick settings > then Controller port 1 or Controller port 2 > Paddles.
There are other device in there to like Mouse(1351), Mouse(Neos), Mouse(Amiga) you can even use a Atari ST Mouse, VICE supports a lot of Mouse and Controller/Joystick devices.
