Is PCUAE gonna have an update with this?
Saw his new video about OneLoad. Judging by the comments of people on prior releases of it and this one, it sounds like most C64 fans think it's the ultimate collection and best way to play classic C64 games across a wide variety of platforms, from original hardware using modern storage devices, to PC emulation such as Vice or Batocera, to single board computer front ends such as Retropie, or even on the C64 mini or maxi. No hassle, no disk swapping or mounting, fast loading, and no need for a keyboard for scroller intros or trainers needing countless key presses to finally play the game.
Only exception as a low hassle competitor probably being the Raspberry Pi image by Tomato or whatever it's called, but that's covering mainly Amiga and some C64 stuff along with a few other retro systems and arcade. And it's not portable across emulation or original hardware like One load. People also seem to really like Pimiga too, and I guess version 4 is out or is coming out soon?
What I always found perplexing even back in the day about scroller and trainer intros where these coders often bragged about their skills, is why the h3ll didn't they take the time to write a few more quick simple lines of code to read the joystick ports so you could skip the scroller intro without having to hit the spacebar, or so you could also select your trainer options without having to also use more keys on the keyboard? A few did but not most. Always wondered about that. Lol.

I will update oneload64-games-collection-carousels once it's ready. Cheers
